Compliance and intended use

Applies to: OP073.

Intended use

The M.2 M-key Stack FMC is an FPGA Mezzanine Card, a sub-assembly intended for incorporation into apparatus by professional integrators. It has no standalone function: it operates only when mounted on a compatible FMC carrier and driven by an FPGA design created by the integrator. Opsero has assessed the card’s electromagnetic compatibility under the reference conditions described in its EMC integration notes and declares conformity on that basis. The integrator is responsible for the conformity of the apparatus into which the card is incorporated, including its enclosure, cabling, power supply and firmware. This is Class A equipment: in a residential environment it may cause radio interference, in which case the user may be required to take adequate measures.

CE marking

The card carries the CE mark. Opsero’s EU Declaration of Conformity for each product, covering Directive 2014/30/EU (electromagnetic compatibility) and Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS), and its Material Compliance Declaration covering RoHS and REACH, are published on the Product compliance page at opsero.com/compliance. A product whose declaration is not yet listed there is being assessed on the same basis.
